Row 1: in second chain from hook, repeat these: sc, ch2, skip ch, sc
Row 2: turn, ch1, (3hdc, ch1, sl st) in ch 2 sp, (sl st, ch1, 3hdc, ch1, sl st) in next ch2 sp.
