Tutorial below was modified from the link above. I was using 3.5mm hook.

Round 1: 15 dc
Round 2: ch 2 *dc dcfp*
Round 3: ch 2 *dc, dc dcfp*
Round 4: ch 2 *dc, dc, dc dcfp*
Round 5: ch 2 *dc, dc, dc, dc dcfp*
Round 6: sl st, sl st in sp, ch 2, 3dc in same sp, sk 2 sts, dcfp *sk 2 sts, 4dc in sp, sk 2 sts and dcfp*

Rounds 7-13: Repeat the previous round 7 more times for a total of 8 rounds of cluster/shell.

Round 14: sl st 1, ch 1 *1sc in each of the next 3 sts. sc2tog*

Round 15-18: ch 1 *sc*
